The main bedroom has a king size bed and is en-suite, has a walk-in wardrobe, and leads onto a large balcony with a spectacular sea view. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, 3rd bedroom has a king size (or 2 double beds). The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom. The small occasional room has a double bed for additional children.

Lower Floor

The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is downstairs, all opening onto the deck, which has a raised pool and gas barbeque. For entertainment, there is a pool table and a separate TV room. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas stove and electric oven, water/ice dispenser fridge + freezer, microwave, bar fridge and espresso machine.

A separate scullery leads off the kitchen and has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There's a guest toilet downstairs.
