Buy and Build your Own Game Lodge in the Beautiful Mpumalanga Lowveld

This beautifully positioned Lowveld Game Farm with panoramic bushveld views is Company owned, and you buy shares in the Company, but own your own portion of the Estate. You would build your own house/cabin (see attached approved plans). Please note that there are building guidelines applicable. The name of the Company is Bonsberg Game Estate (Association Incorporated under Section 21)

The Property is situated in the Bonsberg Game Estate which lies in the heart of an approved Nature Conservancy located in Mpumalanga, in the Krokodilpoortsberge Mountain Range, south of the Kruger National Park. The stands are 940 m above sea level and therefore no mosquitoes (i.e. malaria) are found on the mountain. The area is well characterised by the oldest Granite Outcrops in the world.

The Conservancy encompasses 33,000 HA (+/- 90,000 Acres) located in the sub-tropical bushveld of the Mpumalanga Lowveld. Situated only 22km from the heart of the thriving Lowveld town of Mbombela (Nelspruit) and just 20 km from the newly built Kruger-Mpumalanga International Airport. The world famous Kruger National Park is a mere 30 minutes drive away.

Despite its close proximity to all amenities, the conservancy provides a truly “Out of Africa” experience. The Bonsberg Game Estate consists of 10 shareholders. There are 15 stands, each measuring 1 HA and are situated in the middle of the Game Estate of 1500 HA, which in itself is in the middle of the Conservancy which is 33,000 HA. Bonsberg is also home to the rare Red Duiker Antelope as well as Kudu, Zebra, Bushbuck, Giraffe, Nyala, Klipspringer, Ostrich, Warthog, Bush Pig, Waterbuck, Impala, Blou Wildebeest and Mountain Reed Buck, Jackal, and Leopard.
