Our family-run Real Estate and Property Management Agency, registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), was founded in Cape Town in 2001 by the Faulkner family with Arthur Faulkner, as Principal, affectionately known in the industry as "King" Arthur.
After Cathy and Arthur's passing, the succession of the business was continued by their son Lee Faulkner, a Full Status Principal Property Practitioner who has more than 20 years' experience in the property industry.
